Michelle Beadle is the founder and head trainer for Lakes Region Dressage.  A central New Hampshire native, she competed in local hunter-jumper shows growing up.  She went on to the University of New Hampshire, where she competed on UNH's hunter-jumper team on the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association circuit.  Her love for dressage began her senior year under the instruction of Professors Sarah Hamilton and Janet Briggs.  Upon graduation, she was fortunate enough to be able to train in Portugal at the Escola de Equitação de Alcainça.  River House Hanoverians was her next stop, where she was a working student under Grand Prix riders and trainers Verne Batchelder and Jeanie Hahn.  She is now focusing most of her time towards the training young horses and riders, but frequently rides in local clinics with various trainers.
