Sabine is a 2005 Irish filly out of Biscotte by the Grand Prix jumper Cradillo, both owned by Ladd Brook Farm.  Sabine is owned by a client of Ladd Brook Farm.  She seems to have inherited the best of both of her parents, getting Cradillo's athleticism and temperament with Biscotte's grace and elegance.  Sabine is currently being started under saddle by Lakes Region Dressage.
